Refunds & Returns Policy

At Faith Ignites Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below:

• Custom items are non‑refundable. Because each custom piece is made uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on personalized or custom‑made products.

• Return window: All eligible items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

• Inspection & approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

• Refund timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

• Follow‑up: If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at faithignitesfashion@gmail.com.
