• Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS and UPS. Available options will be shown at checkout based on your location.

• Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, packaging, and destination. Flat‑rate options may be available for certain products (e.g., apparel, tumblers, mugs).

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days after processing. Please note that carrier delays are outside our control.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.

• Responsibility: Faith Ignites Fashion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

• International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
